       1) purpose
             The purpose of our service is to provide a simple and convenient service to you.linking you to the partner restaurant and menu of their choice and allowing you to order meals from them

      2) service
             We provide a good service to your doorstep from your favourite restaurant from our Application. We give a multiple shop option for your happy ordering. We didn't deliver a cigarette, Alcohol and other drugs items to the customers.

      3) Availability 
             Our aim to provide a best delivery service possible. Unfortunately things do not always go to the plan and factors,such as traffic conditions and wether may occasionally prevent us from achieving our targets in this regards.The timing of your order is determined by taking into the number of orders and circumstances being faced by the partner restaurant at the time.
 Average delivery time that shown in the restaurant 30-45 minutes for example on the other hand,the expected delivery time is not fixed it can be less or more for 15 minutes.

      4) Cancellation 
              You have the right to cancel an order with in a reasonable time and before the order preparing ( 120 seconds only).you will not be charged for any orders cancelled in accordance with this Clause. In case if you order food is not available in restaurant,The order will be cancelled by partner restaurant.

       5) Prices and payment 
             The price of any meals will be listed on our user application. Price will vary between menu's. Payment for all meals can be made by cash on delivery (COD) & online payments (UPI) through our service. Payment is made directly to Time savers and is subsequently passed on by Time savers admin to the partner restaurant.we are authorised by our partner restaurant.
             
        6) coupon
               •  All coupons are one time use only
               •  coupon amount does not include Delivery charges 
               •  coupons validity is limited and differs for each coupons 
               •  Time savers reserves right to cancel the order or modify. In case the use of fraudulent purchasing use activities 

               Our right to change the terms and conditions any time. In case of application not in use you can order by phone number to get a services by us
